Hi,

Can anyone tell me the make of this panel so i can obtain engineer code.

You don't just 'obtain' an engineers code from the make and model. The code is set by the installer. Looking at the keys I would say it is some Scantronic system.

I don't think thats a Scantronic, its familiar but i cant place it. Barx is correct that the engineer normally puts his code in.

Nice one thanks guys.  My alarm guy (friend of the famiy) said to let him know what keypad it is then he will get me engineer code.  He said if he cant he will reprogram it with new enginner code.  I dont know anything bout alarms so was just looking for assistance.  And the picture is well over 1mb and comes up full screen on my computer so dunno why its coming up small on yours

Looks like Slip Slap is right, looks extremely similar to this Menvier keypad but with a nice bit of chrome round it.
