i got a set of T Handle Allen and Torx from SF think they are forge steel...used them quite abit since no issues as of yet and not a bad price

I have an "Allen Pal" set I got from Costco a few years back. Metric/Imperial and Torx in "traditional" L-shape and the folding ones. They come with slip on handles to make them into the T-bar type. Think they're American:
