25 x fire rated downlights.

1 x smoke detector.

11 x double sockets.

1 x 3 gang dimmer.

1 x telephone point.

1 x PIR sensor (alarm).

1 x 2 gang dimmer.

1 x light and switch in loft.

1 x spur for boiler in loft.

1 x 2 gang switch.

1 x shower light and fan.

Extend door contact to other side of door.

Convert 2 way lighting to 2 way and intermediate.

Move a pendant fitting about a metre.

All plastic fronts.Majority of work in a new extension.

Obviously, it's hard to price without seeing the job, but how much roughly would you charge?

 
break it down into whats going in what room and it may be a bit easier to price.

Basically take your material cost, add 10-15%. Then take your day rate and times it by how many days you think you'll take. Maybe add a little bit on for eventuallities and theres your price.

I find its not hard getting a price, more working out how long it will take therefore affecting the price.

 
That's how I normally do it sellers but I sometimes under estimate the time.
