how do you first fix a db change? do have all the cables coming out of the wall then ring LABC to look at them, then fit your new board? What a farce. :|

British standards who I am with would not accept a board change for an assessment you would have to do a proper installation ie extension with new circuits as a minimum and when you join you need to show a first fix and two second fixes well I did when I joined.
