BEST Ltd Assessment

Sorry if this isn't the correct forum, basically I'm going to a BEST Ltd assessment in Stratford, East London tomorrow requested by Interserve and was wondering if anyone has ever done this assessment. If yes, how hard was it and what exactly did you have to do. I can't find anything on the net about it so I'm guessing it's pretty unknown or only used by firms local to Stratford.

Well, because I am bored, I googled it and found a Website relating to some company in High Wycombe. I read it and am now no clearer as to what they do or why they do it. Thats 5 minutes of my life I will never get back... :coat

ive also just googled the company and found a website saying they are a training / learning group that basically looks like they provide courses for different trades.
