So one would assume that the legal status of the Inspector is to be be competent, have sufficient knowledge, skill and experience and is responsible for the safety of himself and others around him?

Or words to that effect? And with it being the 2391, it has to be word perfect.

Get hold of a copy of exam success 2391 - it's written by the C&G people and it lets you know exactly what the examiners are looking for. Pm me your e-mail address and I'll send you a couple of past test papers.
