cable ties in fuseboards

Hello who here cable ties in fuseboards i personally cut the out when I'm done but do we really have to and why

One downside to using them is that they bunch cables together thus reducing their ability to dissipate heat and cool down and - by BS7671 - will have to be derated due to reduced current carrying capacity.
