i was hinging my bets on the customer wanted a fuseboard change but was not willing to pay for full inspection!

advised of possible scenarios etc and still refused

thats fine by the letter of the "don't know what" correct ?

 
you still need the inspection sticker - you should have inspected something, and you should have also recommended a date of next inspection which would need detailed on sticker

 
on the contrary. could even be job example for scheme provider inspection.would it pass?

Maybe if the inspector couldn't be a r sed to get his steps out:^O

 
so i can give a EIC with limited test results?

i.e from the CU i can check IR,ring continuity

note on the EIC restricted access jobs a good un?

the EIC only cover the board. but you should do some other basic tests (Ze, Zs, RCD times etc). were you even going to issue EIC before this thread?
