Also, the listing that you linked to on FleaBay, looks like the "Ching" brand.

The chinese ones. I think that is the correct name?!

I knew someone was going to pick that up at some point, surprised it took this long!

You only need to test if the lights don;t come back on anyway. ;)

 
I'm with KME, every circuit gets tested post cu swap out & full EIC is issued & a pir sticker is placed on the cu along with the rest.

Is that right a full eic should be issued personally I issue limited eic with loop readings on it as you have only changed protective device. I would be careful issueing a full eic as you did not install wiring and if something goes wrong it could open a can of worms for you.
An EIC is an EIC. same cert whether its a full EIC or not.

just make sure your description clearly states CU change only
