Where's that one from, and what's cheap?

Board looks tidy enough, apart from the inch of copper at the main switch terminals. I also strip a bit more outer insulation back to aid identification, just a personal preference.

Same opinion as lurch regarding the tail copper.

The unused conductors should also be terminated to earth and not just taped up

Looks ok how come some of breakers are different. Mk are annoying there RCBO's have changed, switch is in a different position.

thats a really good idea terminsting any brown, black grey or other colours that arnt used, to earth urm not! :| if i saw those unused cables terminated to earth id assume they where used earth wires, but if i saw them taped up id know straight awau they where unused

Depends on the board, but usually something along the lines of...

• Remove CU from box
  
• Remove pan
  
• Fit base to wall and dress cables in in logical manner
  
• Strip all cables
  
• Terminate earths
  
• Terminate neutrals
  
• Fit pan and tails
  
• Fit MCB's
  
• Terminate phase cables
  
• Power up
