I have a Socket&See Checkbox CB100,
the paperwork that came with it gives the "nominal" value of each resistor along with a "Low limit" & "high limit".
so allowing for the tolerances of your meter, you can establish a Rough expected value range..
But as Noz says ultimately its about consistent readings over a period of time!
