no take out the 3 phase terminal bars, as i dont need them :^O they will be in the way
most 3ph DB's only have a half rail - breaker is held in place by busbar. if you remove the bar, you will need to do something with din rail for it to fit

 
i did realise afterwards, but you know what im trying to achieve though, basically to go from a controlelr through each individual mcb for each channel, then onto each channels lights

 
i know exactly what you mean. some kind of cabinet with DIN rail, and slotted trunking to make it look tidy would be good. maybe have the MCB's feeding a row of DIN rail terminal blocks at the bottom, so if you do use the panel for something else,you dont have to wire all the way back to the MCB

CEF stock din rail plenty of them round abouts where you are.Metre lengths.

 
ive just found a supplier, for din rail, 1 metre length 1.50

sorted ;)

another question, ive got my earth bar sorted but need to sort out the neutral connections. any ideas.
