cu change & extending the cables

Just been trying to work it out.

Am I right in thinking that the brown core and cpc of the switch wires come from the Wago connecors and the blue core returns into the bottom of the panel connectors. Then the brown cores out the top of the panel connectors along with a neutral and cpc from the Wagos go to the lights?

The wago connectors are the loop and the conectors are the switch wires.

The top din rail is one circuit 10 amp, and the bottom is another 10 amp circuit.
