EICR codes

Morning all,

Having just completed an EICR on a house 2 switched fused spurs are within 300mm of the sink in the kitchen, would this be a C2 code, your help would be greatly appreciated.

7671 does not state any distances of accessories from sink

The kitchen sink may not need supplementary bonding?

Some kitchens are quite small and certain accessories occasionally do need to be closer to a sink than ideally preferred. Is it really potentially dangerous requiring urgent remedial action? or would it be better to just recommend improvement, (if space allows?)

What I mean supplementary bond sink unit to fuse spur.

I would Code C3 it as recomend improvement and state in the Observation section 8 that although not a requirement of 7671, Part P regs state 300mm from any sink or hob etc.

I'm still getting to grips with these new codes too tbh.
