EICR FORMS

Doing my first EICR tomorrow got my public indemnity sorted now just need to get some forms ive noted there's loads of different forms available ie luminaire sheet single board special location

It's a domestic premises what forms would you normally use

I'm guessing I only need the single board sheet

I'll take a luminaire and special location sheet as well surely wont need much else will I ?

7671 forms here. just print what you need to either NCR paper, or normal paper and photo copy it later

without trying to sound harsh, do you really feel confident in your ability to do this if you dont even know what certs you need?

Yes I used to do Pirs all the time just because Ive not done one Of these EICRs before I'd check what all the forms there used to be one form and continuations for other boards

I asked cos there are special locations and luminaire sheets and wondered who used these

The forms from your link are a lot more clearer than the ones I was planning on using

luminaire sheets are for downlights and such,

you shouldnt need special location sheets for a normal domestic.

The standard model forms are in BS7671, they identify the essential pages you need.
