turn left at the coffee machine..

carry on to the lifts..

go to the fourth floor..

immediately you come out of the lifts you will see the arrows pointing to "Customer services help desk"

its just at the end of the corridor last but one door on the right hand side..

there you will find Admin2 & the puppy...

they are sure to be able to sort out your problem..

p.s.

DO NOT open the door immediately next to the lift..

that is where Deke keeps Brian in solitary confinement..

he's not supposed to be out again till next Wednesday!
