all,

We know how we mark down the old wooden fuse boxes when doing a pir, but how about a modern fuse box mounted on a sheet of chipboard - just like the rebelious rec do with their meter and service head?

Lets debate if this is acceptable to mount a modern plastic or metal db on chipboard :)

and your reasoning is why?

cos you cant clip T&E to wooden joists either,?

why would it be a code 1 then, or even a 2?

a 4 dont count as a mark down.

 
I could be wrong but i think it would be ok coz it does not form part of the enclosure as with those old fuse boxes
