Sorry to hear this. How did they manage to owe you so much?

It's no consolation but they've been looking dodgy for the last year & had closed some branches down.

I only used them to supply me with some C-bus kit, as I did very little trade with them I only had a

Mate. Don`t know what to say there.

If you know their names, can you find out their addresses? Might not get any money, but satisfaction may help a bit..........

(not that I would condone anything illegal, you understand?)

I got told something to day.... side windows of cars are not covered on your insurance:innocent

Sorry to hear you've been done Ian hope you have some luck in getting some of your cash back.

I notice Ian`s left..........Anybody want to take bets where he`s gone...........
Is that Ian D from the Blackpool branch?

Really sorry to hear of your problem Ian, Having been knocked more than once i really feel for you.

I very much hope your week gets better:pray

.

should i give up, or should i just keep chasing payments, even if it leads nowhere? :)

i know the wolves branch as gone how do you pay the invoices now
The accounts team is still there at HQ and I'm sure the appointed administrator will take charge of getting the money in for goods supplied so they can put it in the pot and pay something to the creditors.

They closed 6 branches out of the blue 2 weeks ago I know one of them was the stoke branch which I dealt with. Story I got was they were the poor performing branches, but my alarm bells were ringing load by that point. That

Is that for real or have you made that up?
For real from information within the public domain i.e. Companies House & Jordanwatch - nothing to do with Katie Price before the jokes start.

That`s where we thought you`d gone, following M107`s revelation about insurance..............
The thought did cross my mind but there are not enough side windows in your average motor to give total satisfaction for my loss :innocent

My advice would be to keep sending letters/invoices for your money , send them registered post. You should then at some point receive a call/letter from the loss adjuster/administrator asking for details of the outstanding debt.

You'll then get a list of all know creditors & outstanding ammounts owed & an invite to attend a hearing to state your claim on monies owed or you can appoint (at a cost) one of the loss adjuster top bods to do this.

The bigger boys get paid off first so dont hold your breath.

Thats my experience of bad debt.
