Fan needed?

Just done a rewire on a house and has been fitted with a new kitchen, extension on the back of the house so building control wants a fan for the kitchen vented to outside plus one in the under stair loo plus one in the utility room.

If in doubt ask building control then let the customer decide.

iirc, fan is needed, but can be less volume if built into cooker hood. cant remember exact figures
