I think you will find they may not have updated there info they do come with 3 neutral bars but maybe give them a call to check maybe they are old stock and cheap.

I called the company up regarding the consumer unit they had and it has only 2 neutral bars and is not a 17th edition consumer unit so this one will be no use,

Have you got a link on where to get one of these from batty or anyone as i have googled and cant seem to find one.... by the looks of things the ones with MAG at the end of the product number are the ones with only 2 neutral bars.

IIRC, MAG is the colour, i.e. Magnolia!

i did think that but was then told that mag means it is metal so the guy said on the phone but i dont have a clue really, i have managed to source 1 site that sells them and also got a better price from the new suppliers i have opened an account with so happy days.

id rather not say on here mate as the suppliers have eyes and they are un aware i am looking/ opening other accounts/ using other suppliers yet, id like them to find that out for themselves as there sales start to reduce

My main electrical wholesaler actively sends me to others if they don't have the kit, they know I will go to them first, but if they don't have it and can't get it at a competitive price or when I need it they will tell me to try xyz as they normally have this on the shelf.

This does not make me go to xyz first the next time, in fact it makes me go BACK to my first choice wholesaler as they are the helpful ones!

i do see where you are comming from sidewinder but i have dealt with the 1 supplier since i started on my own as i felt being loyal to them i will get the same in return but recently they have started to take the **** if im honest and that is what i dont like

Not a good idea to use one wholesaler especially in current times they are all struggling and will bump prices up after all there turnover will be down less sales less profit. I have one favorite wholesaler but have accounts with another seven so look for best prices especially if doing larger jobs.

well.... after geting prices from other suppliers for every day items i am rather surprized and shall be openeing accounts elsewhere
