Is it easy to replace?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum, I have moved your post to a new thread rather than leaving it tagging onto the end of an old thread.

Doc H.

so have you actually done any testing to verify that the part is actually broken, or do you plan on replacing it bit by bit until you get the right part? you may end up with a completely refurbished heater in the end

Its a dimplex

The metal tongue didn't depress or made an audible click as it should, advised by Dimplex that it seems to be the part that is faulty?

Cant afford to have Dimplex service person at present

Keeping fingers crossed

it should only click if its been activated... no click makes me think that it's fine, but I could easily be wrong.

A few simple tests carried out by a local electrician should narrow down the problem to the faulty component

Do you know if the heaters even getting an E7 supply?
