Hi guys can someone inform me if its ok for me to rewire office in industrial unit the room already has new consumer unit fitted they just need sockets and lighting done i know i am confident enough to do this but was only reg as domestic with nic not renewed this due to rip off fees,is there any regulation to stop me doing this jobi will issue a eic with new circuits and i know how to work out cable calcs.

Have been asked to do this install by the builder i do work for normaly i said i would get back to him.B-)

part p scams only effect domestic. if your competent, then nothing to stop you for commercial/industrial

Thanks thats what i thought have been acused of being too strict when doing electrical work couldn't sleep if i thought i had done bad job so always follow regs and have more than enough liability insurance]
