Because they are not immediately recognizable  by the prols  when  filming or appearing at the Antiques show they all  go this special  shop that will make you a  bright red  , pink ,  yellow or orange jacket .

he was the 'role model' for Andy Pandy

I love stories like that !       I'm obviously too young to remember Andy Pandy  or even The Woodentops who had the "spottiest dog in the world"    or even The Flowerpot Men  with Little Weeeed!    Naw  too young ....  The Flowerpot Men were a pop group weren't they ?   Was it Flowers in the Rain   or Are you  going to San Francisco ?
