Concur. It's going to be a big new supply! A combi boiler big enough to supply all the blocks with TRV's fitted to each radiator to shut them off when not needed may be a lot cheaper in the long term.

Will be interesting to see how these new green alternative pan out. What will become accpeted and what will fall by the wayside.

I will openly admit, here and now, that I do NOT use a "spell checker" of any shape or form. If its wrong, then my brain, the alcoholic beverages or my typing are at fault. Nowt else!

O/P - I`d be going for a communal heating supply - including DHW on demand - to keep the supply requirements down. However, you`ll still need an upgraded supply mate. I wouldn`t necessarily go with 3 phase - a single phase, 3 wire, 2 head system (I know the name for `em, but my friend "ms. Artois" has hidden the name from my intelligence centre) ( begins with "A" though)

It literally takes Seconds to do and is well worth doing patch.

I would strongly recommend it - It IS safe too.

I am running IE 7! Having enough bother getting used to Vista to add a new browser. At the moment it sounds like a theoretical risk - just stealing game passwords. Hope there'll be a fix soon.
