you could have district heating each unit having zone valves the boiler will be modulating so wont use much energy, and a bank of unvented cyclinders running a cerculating hot water system so not much wasted hot water or use a Rinnai Infinity 26i conected to a unvented cyelender.

Thanks 4 the input

I haven spoken to EDF and each unit will require its own separate supply, I have to fill in the form with details and after that the site will be surveyed.

Could be expensive, as I thought!!!!!!!!!
