Hey ADMIN I have noticed a flaw in the system!!!

I have just noticed...

Although threads that have been 'added-to', come up onto the list of "new posts"..

If there is a thread that has a voting Poll on it...

and someone just reads & polls.. but NOT adds anything to the thread...

That, quite rightly isn't classed as a new post...

so if you want to see if any new votes have been added to a poll,

you must go and trawl back to find the relevant poll with the thread on it..

NOW

There are a few on-going polls that relate a bit of info about the type of people our esteemed members are.

such as:-

Age Group

Type of person Spark/Industrial/Commercial/DIY/other

Self employed / employee tool purchasing..

In my mind all of these threads/polls sort of relate to introducing a bit of info about yourself to other members...

{there may be other polls but I cant remember any?}

So it would be good if these could all be moved into the 'Introduce yourself' Sub-forum..

and labelled "Sticky" at the top of the Forum..

so new members can get a quick snapshot of the sort of people who are on here...

And us regulars can pop back every so-often to see the type of rabble you are letting in Admin!!!!! ; )

And make it easy to encourage new members to vote...

If you want the thread with a poll on - to show as updated when someone adds to the poll, That won't be a problem to do too, Mate.
