As others have said, your best course of action is to contact your local college. They will advise you on your best course of action, bearing in mind your circumstances, prior qualifications and ability.
Don't rush into any "promise all" courses for large fees, they can't deliver an experienced electrician at the end.
Study slow, take it in, and get some practical experience behind you along the way, even if you do one day a week free for a local sparky, it's all knowledge that will serve you well.
