In the garage tonight spotted a mouse (fieldmouse I think, but I'm no expert)

It seemed quite happy until I started the power hacksaw, then it left under the garage door.

I was amazed by this as the gap is so small. I tried to push a piece of 15mm copper through the gap but it wouldn't fit.

I'nt Nature Great? :^O

If brown, then a fieldmouse. Mice can flatten themselves to go through small spaces.

Garage is my stores, fair bit of gear in plastic bins , last year a robin decides to nest in a bin full of SWA gland packs, I'd bought for a job. Couldn't turf her out, had to buy them again, think the wholesaler thought I was a pr*t . He's probably right but I can live with myself.

Weve got the little critters in out lord at the moment

take some getting rid of. Its a dorma bungalow, but not dont the upper part yet so like a normal loft lol.

Cant find where there getting in at all! Ive been everywhere around house and no holes any where :(

Get a cat?? Mind you, our cat just eats and sleeps - the only mouse the useless lump has ever caught is one she brought into the house as a present and just left in my daughters bedroom to scurry around. Loads of screams!

Not keen on cats lol, got 2 dogs though, but they bring us stuff like wild rabbits, rats, pigeons, magpies lol

Dont mind them eating the rabbits tough sometimes :)

Need one of them animal repelling things for in loft stick that up there lol

I found a mouse in my shed when clearing out, so picked up my cat, got a dirty look as he was sound asleep, and put him to work in the shed.

Had a coffee and then took a look to see how he was doing, only to find him asleep (again ) and the mouse sat right next to him chewing on some old newspapers.

I woke the cat up, he sat up and saw the mouse then turned round and went back to sleep.

Off down B & Q now to see if I can part exchange the cat for a mouse trap.
