Integral Programmers

Any thoughts on installing an integral programmer with a digital RF thermostat such as the Worcester DT20 to a combi boiler installed in an up-stairs airing cupboard ? Are there any issues with complying with building regs etc as the programmers may be considered inaccessible compared to wiring a programmers in the kitchen. Thank you

Why not just get a rf programmable room stats and have all the controls for the heating at the same place?
