Is your version of Windows a legal one? Don't take the question the wrong way, I see a separate loader which I'm assuming was there before grub was installed.

Yep, the Win 7 install is 100% legitimate as in the one pre installed that came out of box! Maybe something I did in trying to recover Win 7?
