Metrel OmegaPat MI2140 Connection Problem

Hi,

PC packed in so trying to install the Metrel OmegaPat MI2140 on a different PC.  Installed the Metrel Patlink Pro 1.9.33 Software, but the PC just doesn't seem to be able to see it.  When I try sending the results to the PC I just get the message 'Connection to PC...' then 'Communication Error' 

I've tried on a Windows 7, 8 and 10 machine, tried changing the Baud speeds from 9600 up to 115200, but that's made no difference either.  I've also tried a different cable.

Little bit stuck!  Has anyone got any advice, or know where I can get support from?
