Got it in one steptoe
Numpty consultant and numpty sparks that were daft enough to go along with it, the same consultant spec'd 16mm 4c SWA for lift supplies for the flats when 4mm would of been big enough and 10mm for cookers in the flats on 32a supplies when 6mm would of been fine oh and to top the cookers off he also specified the single box 32a DP switches :C
