Spoke to my Elecsa Assessor today who says that councils are starting to stipulate/use Elecsa sparkies

I spoke to the md of Abacus design & build, Camberley surrey area last week, they do responsive work for Surrey Heath Council, he says they want Elecsa now, but previously wanted NIC, and he's just renewed NIC ! lol

He said that they also have to go through some sort of 'accreditation' process now, but it's a different accreditation company for each council...?

Oooh... councils love gravy on their train...
