I currently have a situation wher I need to convert a 3 way dimmer switch, i.e a switch that turned on and off and dimmed 3 separate lights, to a switch that dims one of the lights but only acts in an on/off mode for the other two lights.

can I bypass the dimmer function on two of the gangs.

If the switch plate has individual modules you can just change two of them to one way switches and leave the other one dimmable. are they push on /off then rotate? if so, would it be too inconvenient to leave on full and use the push on /off feature? Unfortunately, you can't bypass the dimming function on the switch

Use these to replace the dimmers that you want to no longer have a dim function
