Any new supply requests have to meet the new standard DNO standards i.e. independant supply cable in from passing main in path/road.

Lots of things done years ago differently like looped supply to joining houses but not done now.

Can any one tell me if this is the case as I was of the understanding that a supply could be taken from exsiting meter head.

P.s this was the case before the property was turned into an old folks home.
only if that supply is adequate

The whole scheme is looped in and then out so I would think supply is adequate as it was done before.

Is there any where I can get this confirmed as I think It is a very unreasonable for them to charge this.
