Hi guys, can i spur a fused box to feed an outside light (150w) using 1.5mm t&e from a ring/light circuit i estimate 3A fuse 150/Uo = 1.5a (design current)

Yes you can--

IF you are competent, have suitable Test equipment, and if the fused spur is in a kitchen or special location, notify your Local Authority Building Control office to comply with Part P building regulations

Thanks for the reply appreciated this is a great Forum - Yes on both accounts just waiting for an Elecsa date for approval. Just to confirm can it be ring & light cct or just ring?

adding a light does not require notification unless in a special location, and an outside wall is not a special location.
