I believe it's get out of the way of its safe to do so. You can not actually be booked for not moving out of the way providing you are not a) breaking the speed limit, b) driving at a speed that is not sufficient or road conditions ie not too slowly.

Now in all my years driving I can't think of a time that it's not been safe to do so?!

Bloody hell I have to endure that in some houses I go to work in. What makes people watch that carp?

The English are in their nice inherited council funded homes they only have to go out to sign on and buy crack.

The Romanian's are living in a shared house with 20 other people and have to work nights removing hair from the insulator's on the London underground.

Who is more likely to want to succeed ?

I'm sure if you dumped 1/4 of a million British 20 something's on Romania the situation would be the same there.

If my geography skills hasn't failed me, there are 7000 brits living in Romania. I wonder how many of them speak Romanian. Or for that matter, how many of the 1 million brits living in Spain speak Spanish?
