I have the same opinion as Apprentice 87 that it is illegal, check with CAB to see if it is correct and findout who should bring legal action against the insurance company/contractor.

My understanding is, you can refuse to serve, anyone, as long as it it is not on the basis of sex, skin shade, religion, criminal history or just been an as-hole.
