Hello to all sparks on here
Served my apprenticeship 20 years ago and have decided to start again!
I've done a fair bit over the years - couple of rewires and extensions etc whilst working as a Physics teacher. I am moving into a more part time role now and want to get back to my electrics as well.
Really have not much of a clue as to practical everyday domestic work and will be training to get back up to speed.
I'm intending to do a 17th edition course and some type of installation course. Hopefully I can then get the NIC to certify a couple of jobs?
Seen the short 17 day courses advertised at around 2K. Are these reallly worth doing?
Any advice from you experienced types would be much appreciated!
Cheers
Rob
