Nice pics, I was out with me binoculars last night, I am definitely jealous.

your treehouse platform looks a bit small to be able to look all around, and not really steady enough I would have thought, every time you move, the scope would wobble.

The platform is 3m x 1m. Surprising amount of room up there (to sit and have a beer in the summer Guinness ). But I agree to use a telescope up there it might be a bit cramped, I'd have to sit / stand in the door way.

As for stability it's pretty stable and when I get the two LHS legs concreted in properly even more so. It'll only be a cheap Lidl/Aldi/Argos scope if we ever do get one, nothing like my brother's.
