I've just put that in my amazon basket.....I was only 2 in 78.....(don't spose you've still got it )

I've still got Blondie's Eat To The Beat Album from 1979 on TAPE. Great stuff. Sunday Girl always makes me think of scout camp in Wales when they were forever playing it on the radio in FRENCH. A couple of years later and Kim Wilde came along. Always seemed a bit more "girl next door" than Debbie Harry who had that heroin chic air about her IMO. Yes, as a young lad it was always a toss up between Debbie and Kim for me...

I saw Blondie, Boomtown Rats, Ian Dury and the Blocheads whilst at Uni in the mid seventies. 50p a time and we swore that they would never make it into the big time...back in the day it was when a pint of Bods [REAL Bods, I was at Uni in Salford] was 20.5 pence a pint...so we sacrificed 2.5 pints to see them perform in the Students Union...................... :coat ...........now I feel really old
