Scafolders onsite today to remove scafolding, one says "Hey sparks I'm after a Wylex 16 amp MCB , can,t get one anywhere, really desperate" Stops what I'm doing, goes out to the van, and dug one out , guys says " You don't want anything for it do you ?" Yes a fiver , " Aint got a fiver"

Chucked it back in the van . :|

Are they really that hard to get hold of in your area?! they are widely available up here!

Unfortunately you can't barter a lot with scaffolders unless you are doing an extension but one mcb won't pay for the scaffolding on that.
