Good evening  I have a indesit idv65 tumble dryer when I turn it on the on button buzzes but no power is getting to the motor can anyone help  ?

 
Hello John I have checked the door and it was closed there is no power going to the motor it gets to the start button but that's it

Bad joke but I still had to smile.

The motor will have some kinda protection somewhere like a fuse on a circuit board or a thermal like a klixon at the motor itself. Problem is you can replace the fuse or reset the klixon but you need to establish why it tripped/blew in the first place. As already suggested there might be a general overheating protective device that disconnects all power to motors and elements etc, it may or may not be manually resettable.

I had a Inde**** washer/dryer and had nothing but trouble with it from day 1
