Indeed m8. It did annoy me, but not any more. If they won`t tell me what`s "supposed" to be wrong, or let me address it, I cannot do ANYTHING.

Seems to be panning out just as we expected...whatever happens I am sure the NICEIC will expect YOU to be given first opportunity to put right any GENUINE errors! :)

otherwise.. they are contravening there OWN rules! :(

As you say, they are their own rules. I don`t care how Mr. Customer likes that. I`m just thinking that his job will have to be on hold while this is sorted out!!!! :eek: :) :D
