Samsung has 34x optical zoom whereas the panasonic is 10x

yea AD2, tho the panas is a lot smaller,

which one would you personally go for?

it will be Aggie mostly using it,(its for xmas) for videoing the little one, and I tot maybe the panas would fit bag easier, but really have no idea.

Argos say in the ad it may be replaced by mx20!

The samsung i think i'd go for as it has the 34x optical zoom, for me thats ideal when your sat at the back of the hall filming the kids xmas concert or class assembly.
