Cu swap was bad in respect of working practice, but no more untidy than you come across after some approved bods have been in.

What you have to remember is that watchdog is an "entertainment" programme
If they told 100% truth it would be dull and boring.
I used to work for a company that featured on WD. Its not until you are on the "other end" that you realise how misleading they are.
As said, They want you to believe what they say is fact.

They did say that the guy left 6 hours after he got there so he must have done some testing and possibly even repaired the prepared faults
