According to the Treasury 1.6 million people will, on average, pay £240 a year more.
It'll be interesting to see how much that brings in then....

Actually you will find it is (a x b)-administration = NACK alla x b = ?

But "a" will reduce as suddenly the earnings of a lot of self employed people drop somewhat for some unknown reason that they will not be able to fathom.a x b = ?

She was floating when she left Belfast,!Well thank god for that, I was a bit bleary eyed when I read the title, "we will not raise NI", for one horrible moment I thought part of Ireland had started to sink, then again I thought wow I never knew it was built by Harland and Wolff! Think about it, lol
Protestant engineering at its best. It's a pity the Catholics put a curse on it. Isn't that right @steptoesawa rpogramme about the Titanic, apparently they left Southhampton with a fire in 1 of the coal bunkers which ultimately weakened the bulkhead and hence she sank
The Herald of Free Enterprise......it left harbour with the giant bow doors open , turned turtle.
The Herald of Free Enterprise sank 6 March 1987, killing 195 people. THIRTY years and five days ago.
RIP……..
I've been on ferries that have set off with the bow/stern doors open, at the time I was more worried about salt spray on my car.

My parents were frantic with worry over the Herald incident...I was stationed in Germany at the time & had phoned home that i was coming home on leave..........but a chance of skiing came up so as a young 18-19 year old I did the right thing & jumped on the wagon for much snow beer & birds so wasn't on the ferry when it went over. Officer of the day kicked me out of bed to ring home as uk police had been enquiring with the regiment if i was on the ferry.I wonder about some of these ships ! Who remembers the car ferry to Holland , The Herald of Free Enterprise......it left harbour with the giant bow doors open , turned turtle . How can you possibly set sail without someone saying " Are the bow doors shut?"
IIRC they were put under pressure from their owners to speed up their turnaround times .
Did they prove that Titanic was trying reach New York in record time ?
