So, what ip do I use to see my router outside my network then? I can see it on my network fine with its own static ip, 192.168.1.xx I just can't see it outside the network, and I've opened all 5 ports it supposedly needs, afaiaa.

So, I use the routers ip, which starts 77. something, then tell it what port I want,?

Which brings me back I suppose to thinking I haven't either opened,or forwarded the port properly.

Yes the WAN IP - the routers IP on the outside world

Forward the Relevant port (TCP / UDP etc) to the Internal LAN IP

I take it that is what the draytek calls it the  ' private ip '
