So how do the likes of sf get away with not take the old ones back.Batty
come to think of it, im sure there is a notice at the local SF saying where to take stuff, will have to get the address of that next time im there and start off-loading old lamps/tubes there

My local tip takes the electric waste but I cannot take it there as I am trade. My wholesalers takes the tubes back as we are charged a small amount on each item for recycling. My question was for the amount of lamps etc screwfix sell how come they can get away with not taking old stuff back.

because they pay someone else to take them

gonna have to get the address of where SF say to take them round here and make use of that
