PMSL.

Email me your original pic and I will do it for you mate. (PM me for my direct e-mail address).

Welcome to the forum mate.

Looks nice, but you did ask for criticism! ;)

WPD PME sticker on the head?

Whose enclosure & back board?

If this is a DNO supply then you may have issues.

Have you had DNO permission to install all this kit in "their" enclosure?

I would have used one earth bar not 2.

The rotary isolator/fuse switch at the bottom in the middle.

Is this a ferrous enclosure?...

Looks like a new install you have old colours on the bottom right SWA.

Can't see brown/blue sleeving, though it is not a brill pic on this laptop.

You come straight out of the REC4 into the chamber above with the plug on the LHS.

I hope there is circuit protection between the REC4 and the plug? Can't see.

If this is an appliance inlet which it appears to be from here, then the pins would be live at all times.

Is this a connection point for an additional supply?

Can't see the exact details so I may be off with this comment.

Tails going through L/H wall again no circuit protection can't see where they are going?

Also can't identify any edge protection around the hole in the LHS.

Can't decide on the sizing of the earthing conductors.

Is there no main bonding required?

Cabinet door not bonded.

Don't use 6491 type wire for the door bond as it is not suitable.

Can't see any labelling on the devices.

I feel that this is essential for compliance with 7671.

I can't remember the reg no. on the red book as I am working on green book stuff at the moment and have just finished reading the OSG & am working through the changes in the bgb again for a design for mid next year.

looks like a changeover switch, and i can (just) see the markings 'gen' & 'mains' on the switch

Yes it a change over switch! It's finished yet still need to put markings and naming.

The box was the customers and dno fitted supply with me there there are no cct protection as behind the wall it's 2x dust boards 1 3phase and 2single phase it's not a new install just renewed the incoming supply it was a mess before, with no isolation for any CUs. SWA cable run a max of 3 metres

Lol that's not connected up yet only the feed is in place! I made that! And I have ran out of 16nm earth so that needs to go in next week

what about the other questions by SW - i.e

The rotary isolator/fuse switch at the bottom in the middle.

Door bond will be put in!

Can't remember the iso make it may be!

Ummm the tails going through the box goes in to another box right next to it to feed a single phase CU to power the out side lighting and pumps

It's an industrial ware house all bonding for water gas and metal work is bonded by the dust board I know it's not the best!

No room left for one met so had to add another !

What metal enclosure? There is no power running yet the old supply is still in as I said it not finished yet
