looks like a changeover switch, and i can (just) see the markings 'gen' & 'mains' on the switchYou come straight out of the REC4 into the chamber above with the plug on the LHS.
I hope there is circuit protection between the REC4 and the plug? Can't see.
If this is an appliance inlet which it appears to be from here, then the pins would be live at all times.
Is this a connection point for an additional supply?
Can't see the exact details so I may be off with this comment.
The rotary isolator/fuse switch at the bottom in the middle.
Is this a ferrous enclosure?...
Tails going through L/H wall again no circuit protection can't see where they are going?
Also can't identify any edge protection around the hole in the LHS.
Can't decide on the sizing of the earthing conductors.
Is there no main bonding required?
Cabinet door not bonded.
Don't use 6491 type wire for the door bond as it is not suitable.
